DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
In the app (fastest)
- Open Accountify and go to your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm, and sign in with Google again when asked. For your safety, deletion needs a sign-in from the last few minutes.
If you have an open real-money settlement (Android only), pay, confirm or resolve it first. The app will tell you if that's what's stopping the deletion.
By email (if you can't use the app)
Email accountify.app@gmail.com from the email address on your Accountify account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email, username, photo and stats.
- Your private saved gym and home location.
- Your open challenges, daily tasks and proof, and leave requests.
- Your sign-in account.
Your active matches are cancelled and your partners are told you've left. Any remaining proof photos and videos are deleted within 30 days of upload by our automatic clean-up. Records that also belong to another user, such as a past settlement or coin transaction, may remain without your profile attached.
Pro subscription
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
